STEFANO CONIA (KONYA) – CREMONA 1975 (SOLD)
A nice early example of this well known contemporary maker and professor at the School of Violin Making in Cremona. Conia, Born in Hungary in 1946, Conia emigrated to Italy and enrolled in the violin making school in 1968, studying with Maestri Sgarabotto, Morassi and Bissolotti. He is now in semi-retirement, with his son carrying on the trade from his centrally located studio in Cremona.
